Hi, i just purchased what is so called a 2014 Big Dog Motorcycle K9.
That said, Big Dog Motorcycle as stopped producing Motorcycles between 2012-2015
So, how can it be possible to have a 2014 edition ???
If someone can help me on this one ... best regards

That's not a BD vin, but it looks like all bd parts. You either have a kit bike, or something Matt Moore put together while they were trying to get BD going again.

During that time, they were building Choppers and selling them over seas, under a different name. They very well could have built a K9 too.

The wheels are like my 2006 k9 and it has TP rocker boxes.

That is NOT a valid VIN for a vehicle made in the US or for Import to US.
A proper vin is 17 digits -- your is 14
OLD VIN's were 13 digits in the US in the 70's

I would have thought that the vin numbers would be stamped directly on the neck, as opposed to being riveted on. Is there maybe anything under that little tag ?
