What size is ....

Trying to change the primary oil. There is a little screw of some sort under the cover. I have tried allen wrench...star wrench and anything else I had in my toolbox. Nothing fit. So does anyone know what size this thing is??

it should be allen. must be buggered up. i'm thinkin' 1/8, at most 3/16.

just checked, it's 3/16.

OK an update. The allen wrench was to loose. Most likely from the head being rounded off a bit. So I used a torx that was a tight fit. Had to tap it in with a hammer. Came loose after that. I put 20 oz back in? The owners manual say's 32 oz but I thought I read that it was a wrong amount. So unless I'm wrong its got 20oz in it. And by the way I am working on the 08 Ridgeback not the 04 Chopper I have listed in my profile. Thanks!

Thanks Eric. I did a search and found the same thing. Somewhere I heard 20 oz for something. Maybe its the 04's. Don't know.

I have read that too... some guys just put a little less of 32oz as a preventive measure... some had oil blowing out the breather (make sure this breather is clean, it is located in the inside half way of the primary) and/or into the starter. I use 30oz.
