What should I do?

Hey guys, I have e-mailed Big Dog a couple of times now requesting any service, warranty and recall information on my bike by vin. I explained I was having some issues and that I think some of the recalls for my bike were never done. I cant get an answer from them ! I did speak to a lady one time who said they were not aware of any issues (lmao) concerning the speedo or the EHC. Hello ??????????? I have seen stuff all over here about these items. I am so frigginnng frustrated with Big Dog at this point. I dont know how there system works, would a individual Big Dog dealer have access to all the records of repair on my bike by vin? Just needing to vent and hoping someone will have a solution!!!!

Whats your project #. Its the # on the left side of the steering neck.

I'll punch it in the computer. I can print out service history too.

No recalls poped up. The only thing on service history was a Shift fork Kit in the Tranny. Back in 02 there was a Rear Axle Nut Advisory
Bent Mainshaft Advisory

Advisory isn't a recall, it will be a fix if breaks. If you want to PM m a E-mail, I'll attach a copy of the Service history.
