what setting for gopro video

He guys what settings are you using to capture video with the go pro hero 2?
I have tried a few on 1080 30fps and it seems to be jumpy. Not sure if that is just my computer. Let me know. I leave for the airport at 430 am eastern time, lol

I go normal for the 1080 at 30 frames. You can do well at 720 also. Key is to make sure you use fast SD cards, Class 4 or better, class 6 is even better. The cheap lowere class may not be able to catpure fast enough.

Also when you edit, until it is totaly done redender and put to final edit, it may seem jumpy. The PC speed and memory will have something to do with it, but the biggest thing is make sure you use fast memory cards.

Ok, I use setting 4 on the gopro. when I use the bracket on the helmet it is fantastic. BUT, when I use the bracket on my windshield the picture is wavey. same setting #4.
