Most of your custom exhaust manufacturers could probably do this. They generally make to order and don't have a bunch of pipes sitting on a shelf somewhere. A couple of examples would be Stainless Creations and Street Walkers. But I'm sure the other custom pipe makers will take your order. Just tell them what you have.
