What is up with BDM???

Been waiting for a EHC module for my 04 chopper for 6 weeks from BDM and still have no eta of when I might get it. Is there something up with BDM corp that they are not orders?

I have heard of similar situations but not sure if they had to wait for as many weeks as you. I was told Gateway BD in St. Louis has one hell of an inventory and so far have been able to take care of me when I am in a jam with a closer dealer. You might want to keep them in your phone book and at least try them if you have the need. Good luck and too damn bad you had this wait during the summer.

BDM will no longer be shipping new EHC's.
These items are being replaced in about 60 days with a retro fit wiring system that eliminates the ehc.

I was just at Gateway Big Dog (st. louis) a few days ago getting my bike fixed (oil change/leaky rocker box covers). I asked about the EHC and they have them in stock if you decide to replace yours.

If you are needing one EHC, you will eventually need another. Even BDM has come to their senses and finally ditched the damn thing...maybe you should too?
