What is this and where can i get another?

It's part of the oil pressure gauge. There is this bushing that is ripped right under the gauge (in between the mounting hardware) and I can't seem to find another. Here is what Custom Chrome offers, but it does not seem to have the gasket in the picture.

I don't need the whole assembly. I just need the bushing between the mounting bracket and the gauge.
