What is going on here?!?!?!.......let us pray

Energy One
Morning brethren!.....we have a no bueno situation here, little backround for yas , I signed my life away & bent over so hard damn near broke my nose.....but, got the dream bike, from fury motorcycle ( don't go there) been a slight nightmare , within 24 hours of having jt the computer went haywire in all yhe worse ways. So they claimed to have installed the rip kit but also I see is all the same familiar wiring, however everything seems to work so whatever, then the trans started overfilling itself to the point where is flowin out the vent tube, some internal leak they say, say they installed an O ring behind my clutch basket to stop the leak. But he had the clutch basket out, remember that.
So I get the bike back and they want $400?!?! Now I understand " as is no warranty" but c mon ....20k and I get less than 500 miles on this sucker.....finally get him to drop to $200.......but then I get on and 4th gear was slippin' like a mutha*****....5th a little at the end & same with 6th....... clutch pack stacks right and all plates and disks look bran new ..ball and ramp are good......any ideas? Thanks buds

Check the pressure plate. The original aluminum one will wear eventually, generally you can see it and feel the ridges wearing into the friction, the hardened anodized one is a much better unit. Easy to tell the difference it's either silver raw aluminum or colored.

Also you say clutch height stack is good. What measurement you got?

Also next thing is just see if you have any play in the trans main shaft. If you take the clutch basket off you can grab the main shaft with your hand and it shouldn't move in/out or in any direction. Any play in the main shaft would cause some issues. There's technically a tolerance but if you can feel it or see it, it's way beyond acceptable. It's very small.

Here's the hardened pressure plate so you know what I'm referring to.

Thanks I'll give that a shot. Might be silly question but I've seen different names , is the trans main shaft the one that goes through the clutch pack? The one you can grab of the primary's off?

I only ask because when the clutch cables collapsed the rod I referred to is all kinds of wiggly and on the measurement it was just a CH below 1.96"

From Mr.Wright:

Pull the clutch pack and messure the thickness of the whole stack. Should be a MINIMIUM height of 1.965
