If he had stopped after hitting him he would have gotten a $88 reckless driving ticket. I have been a witness to too many of these accidents and that's all the drivers ever got. My buddy John was run over from behind by a 16 yr old girl texting on her phone. He got a casket, she got the $88 ticket. At least in this case we may get some justice.
