What ever happen to the Survey follow up from BDM?

dead stroke i just got the same letter, did the survey, hope that helps out bdm, thought of sending my $5.00 gift card back to bdm maybe thay will give it to the employees to help them out, where are the gift cards from, I know its not much, but hope it helps, i know about bussiness being slow, I'm self empolyed.. hate to see bdm laying off there workers, thay make such a fine product.. to all those that get the $5.00 gift card lets all send them back to boost the morale of the guys & gals building our bikes

I got the survey also and completed it yesterday. The majority of questions seemed to indicate to me that BD is trying to figure out the demographic of their customers. Knowing that BD's aren't for everyone, Marketing sure better know their target customer and make sure they are developing the right marketing messages and spending their advertising dollars in the right places. As a BD owner (and a new one at that), I hate to see the company struggling. It's a tough time in the economy to be selling bikes in this price range.

I like the idea of sending the gift cards to BDM. Actually, I wish there was an option to take the survey and mark that you are don't need the $5 incentive.
