20k max. if you look around, you can find new ones for 23k but they dont have everything this one has.

Think it matters he got motor work done? Should I worry about the bike being ragged on?

Before you buy anything you may want to get the VIN and contact Big Dog to see what has been or not been done. Also be careful of bikes with lots of engine mods!! your asking for trouble here. The more you modify it, the shorter the life and more problems you can expect. Go new!!! for 2 or 3K more its well worth it unless you knew the owner. my 2 cents

I'd ask for receipts and a dyno sheet. 130hp is a bit and to get that much HP out of these bikes you start to lose reliability big time from what a few S&S builders have told me. I'm sure he's got 30+ into the thing if he bought it new, air ride and all the other goodies would cost you around 8k or so. See how much warranty if left too and what's been replaced for recalls etc. Nice bike though.

Yea the Engine work bothers me. he said he has a new Street Glide and just did the motor up...

Maybe i should buy the 2006 ridgeback for $19K with 147 miles on it...??

not too sure about the cobweb but I like it - the work he has mentioned doesn't seem too heavy to me - maybe he is stretching the 130 thing a bit

Good Lookin' Scoot, but...

That is alot of HP?... especially with the restrictions on its breathing... I would be concerned with the reliability... it must have a very radical cam (too far over the top?)...

Anyone can say they have 130 hp, but if you don't see that bike on the dyno pulling those numbers who knows.

dunno if I beleive the hp #s but when you call Big Dog also ask if the warranty is still good if so with all the options (that is if you like them) its worth atleast 20,000 the cheapest 07 bone stock on cycletrader is 27,000

That sounds like the buy, but it's a hard tail. They will always be worth less and depreciate faster. I know we have a bunch of fans on here, but that's the facts...like I said, get receipts, dyno sheets (130 hp at crank?) and the ignition print out.

Im also passing on the 2006 Ridgeback with 147 miles on her for $19,000

I know the only bike that i would really be happy with is the 2007 BullDog...

Don't see too many of them for sale.... But I'm looking..:eek:
