WHAT ARE THESE LIGHTS?

I've been poking around trying to learn about the "new" bike. Found lots of threads about the EHC and it's indicator lamps. I also have a modual with two flashing lights under the seat on the left side close to the frame rail. Looks like the fire with the spark plugs. Can anyone tell me what these are for or what they indicate? The forward one flashes strong while the one to the rear is dim or doesn't seem to fire at all.

Here are the pictures. What are these lights telling me? Looked in the service manual and didn't find anything.

Thanks, I found a wiring diagram on the forum that indicated the idicated the ignition modual has lights on it. I still don't know what the normal indicaton should be.

Turn on the key switch and when you press the run button the red light comes on. The other flasing lights are signaling the firing of the coils.
