Wet weekend

Just got home from a weekend in Germany, friday and saturday only rain and rain and rain, I was thinking of all the threads on this site when driving in the rain but had no problems at all!:flag: Everything worked fine. The only thing I must change at once is the Avon rear tire, drives like sh.t in the rain, always wants to break out or slips away, even when the road is not full of water. It is time to buy Metzeler Marathons!

Rain sucks huh? Knotso and I rode many miles in solid all day rain up in Washington and Oregon. We never had a problem with the Avon's though. Worst part was the cleaning after the ride!

Yeah, cleaning sucks also.
Do you find the Avons reliable in rain?

Yeah, i haven't had an issue with them. Had the Metzler on my Mastiff and ran them on my Harley. But no issues with the Avon even on snow!!!
