Well guys after being rear ended by my mate Saturday afternoon the K9 has been written off.
Purchased in 2011 the 2008 K9 has given me a great deal of enjoyment. With the help of this forum and the many genuine kind hearted souls on this site, you have helped keep my sanity when things got tits up and enabled me to get the Dog on the road.
I finally got the EMF clutch to work as it should without issue, i got it to handle so that i could round up Harley's gong through the twisties, blow them away off the lights and win best Harley in show several times.I also have so many trophies for the man cave that i will have one day.
Although the damage is not great to me or the bike, because of the Aussie $ and GST is charged on imports rebuilding her is not a practical option.
So i will bid you all and sad farewell, i will drop in from time to time to piss Sven off.
A special thank you to the designers of the home page, red on red for the drop downs WTF i just keep clicking on one and if its not the one i want i click the next till i get to where i want to go. Is it just me?

Anyway guys ride safe, look after each other, and don't let the Harley's win.

Well that sucks. There's a feature on here to turn the red to white background that is a lot better:oldthumbsup:.

Damn, not good news!

So what will happen to the bike? will the insurance company sell it off or are you able to buy it from them cheap?

Sorry to hear about the crash, but the really important thing is that you're okay and still with us.

Sorry to hear the bad news. Glad you are ok. Yes it might be worth asking the Insurance Co. How much to keep the bike. Could always find some kind of frame?
Or maybe just part out the bike to help other big dogs over there.

My condolences on the passing of your skoot, hope you do continue checking in. But do find yourself something to ride.

Ah Paul, that is so sad to hear. Sounds like you are ok though, which is more important.
Someday may come to you on another BD, keep checking in and see if you like what is still going on.
