Well, shit, it's finally my turn. EHC crapped out. It started last summer, wired ignition system on a separate circuit, but now all the lights are going too, so it's overdue. Replacing the irritating handlebar switches with Harley OEM while we're at it. Apparently, though, the good news is, most of the stuff that breaks on these dogs has already done so and has been fixed with higher quality parts, so I'm in the clear now, right ?
