Weird huh?

T9day I decided to take the bulldog bagger out. And while making a right hand turn I press my turn signal button and noticed I didn't see it flashing on my speedo. So when I got home I turn on the switch and press it again. It still isn't flashing on the speedo but, the rear 2 tail lights are flashing but not the front turn signal. Weird huh, I'm thinking EHC is going bad but wanted your thoughts first. So press right turn signal and the rear lights flash but not the front or the light on speedo. And go..

Save yourself a lot of aggravation later. Rewire the whole bike and toss the brain in the trash. I did it 'bout 5 years ago and have has no issues at all.
Somehow how my tires no longer wear too!

My EHC just took a shit too. 1st thing that happened was headlight on low beam was flashing intermittently. Then out. Hi beam still worked. Still had the thunderheart ignition on the bike & the red light on it wasn’t coming on at all. ‘04 Ridgeback IMG_1587.jpeg

My Bulldog bagger does the exact same thing, it isn't the EHC, I have a new EHC also. According to Josh at Ross cycles it in the speedo itself. I have no idea what to do now. Give me a call when you get a minute. 323-369-1198

Open the speedo housing and disconnect the annunciator ring.
See if front turn signals work then.
The schematic implies some components between rear and front signals/annunciator.

Check your VR output as well -- Annunciator seems to be very sensitive to over voltage in my experience.
I'll check on m
Just for troubleshooting info : select rt and left turn signals at the same time in order to activate the emergency flashers. See if you have the same failure.
Same issue.

I think the best way at this point would be to put in a known working EHC. (If that;s what you have installed. )That way your not tearing into all the wiring right away. I have an early version of Axels EHC but it is for a carb. If it would help you in any way, let me know.

I appreciate the offer but this is the fuel injected EHC so I don't think yours would help. And I some what agree with you on putting in a new one, because I looked at a wiring diagram of an 07 fuel injected bike today and there are 2 pins from the EHC that control the right turn signal on the speedo and the actual light. They are pins B35 and B19, they come out something on the EHC that says turn signal. I think all the wiring is good on the bike I actual think it is something with this chip or maybe it could be a short inthe speedometer itself but theres only one thing coming from the EHC that goes to both the speedo and r front turn signal. I found a guy/ company that will look at the speedo if I need to go that route but may buy a ehc and try that first after checking the pins at the ehc for power.
