Website issues or phone?

Have you tried pulling the battery out? That sometimes needs to be done to clear out the phone. Just powering it off sometimes isn't enough.

Well i had mine back working right lastnight and bam its doing it again this morning....anyway if you look at the pic im posting i hit the gear symbol looking thing...hold it just for a second and it goes red...i dont know what that does but it lets me do what i need as far as backspacing...im not a computer guy so someone im sure on here knows what that does....all i know is my phone will backspace doing that....maybe this will help some of you....as far as posting pics you will have to turn the symbol back off or it will make it small for some reason...like i said im not a computer guy

Cant do that on this phone. I did try a soft reboot tho and still same thing.
