Reminds me of the time i was cleaning old thinset off of tile and coping stones for a pool rehab over the summer, with a metal blade angle grinder. I was standing over a wheel barrow(sp) and my back was getting sore(it was a big pool) so I decided to sit down and do it. That was a mistake! I missed the the 3x3 tile and got my pointer finger instead right in between my middle knuckle past the flesh and nerves right to the bone! That bitch hert but i just cleaned it off and butterflied bandaged it and continued working. I obviously have some nerve damage but i learned not to sit down on the job. lol.

His hand was frickin gross tho. ICKY

Peace, love and happiness.

Yeah not sure I buy it all either. The dude said he put the bike in gear and let it idle :loony:. This must be a new feature. Not sure how he would have gotten the bike's rear tire to spin without being on the bike.
Makes sense to me, jack up the bike on a stand, start it up, kick it into gear and let the chain run while he sprays lube on a rag and wraps it around the return..bam, fingers caught in sprocket, bye bye fingers.

What I don't understand is how the first pics (presumably right after the accident), didn't show blood squirting all over the place. That much damage should have severed a decent sized artery but then again, I have no medical training whatsoever.

Something's up with this, the ER photos look legit but then again, if this guy is really that stupid who's to say his first reaction wasn't "hey I should get a shot of this."
