Welcome and good luck with your new Dog- nice bike. JMHO... your'e gonna spend some coin on "personalizing" any chop you buy, so look at it this way- you're just getting an early start
you really should throw something custom and unique on there since you have the opportunity. checkers are nice but maybe a bit dated. Lines of that bike beg for something that flows better. But hell you could run with straight primer and that would still be a nice looking scoot
Also- get that motor checked out, compression test, etc- motor is not even broken in yet. I'd be curious to know how it was ridden for the first 800 miles of its life. you got another 1000 miles to finish breaking it in properly.
Change the oil- the last owner might not have changed it after first 500 miles.
Always let that motor warm up fully before you "get on it".
Don't run synthetic until after its fully broken in over 2k miles.
