My drain plug seized and I broke off my easy out. Thought maybe one of you guys with a belt drive may have one laying around in good shape. Need it as soon as you can get it to me. Otherwise I'll have to order me a brand new one. Whatever is reasonable moolah wise.

Vegas? Is a drill,tap and a 1/8 allen head pipe plug out of the picture? These boss oring plugs can be a bitch to get out.Especially when the allen head is stripped out.I have smacked the allen plug with a large punch and small sledge. the allen plug is soft this will relieve the pressure on the oring should come out then. Maybe!

I may be able to drill it out from the inside. May try it tonight. Then a heli coil or pipe plug is a possibility. Rather leave it stock if someone has one however.

Shovelheadkicker was selling them on eBay a while back and they were cheap. I think Ray has his number.

Vegas, check with shovelheadkicker on eBay, he usually has outer primary's if you can't find him let me know and I can get the info...

I have an '07 outer with a very small blemish that I will be swapping out in the spring (yes I am way too anal). Too f'n cold to mess with now. Was going to keep it for a spare, but if you can wait until things warm up I may let it go...

I was able to remove the broken easy out and remove the drain plug after all. No longer need the cover.
