WANTED - CLEVIS ADAPTER KIT for 2010 k9 with V&H 2 into 2

I have a 2010 K-9 with the V&H 2 into 2 pipes. I have the clevis kit (which works with the stock pipes), but need the clevis extension kit that will allow me to use the passenger pegs with the V&H pipes. Does anyone have this extension kit for sale or know where I can get one? Thank you.

i have it brand new that i never used. i think it cost me $80 - still in original packaging
