Tim, I THINK 1.5" is a standard Harley offset, meaning you can use pretty much any HD compatible primary, with the addition of a 1.5" offset shaft extension and a 1.5" inner primary offset/gaskets. Here is what you will need:

Any HD softail primary (no dyna or sportster) up to 2005 will work with the above items.
