Some, if not most, of you know I had an issue with BDM. I just wanted to say we reached a resolution that was extremely fair and equitable.

They really stood up to the plate. I'm glad I bought my dog. It's a top quality bike build by a first class company that believes in, and stands behind, it's product. I was very impressed.

Obviously, I can't discuss details - but all is good

Just needed to get that off my chest.

OK - done with the warm and fuzzy crap - nuff said.

To bad it takes the threat of a lawsuit to get them to act! Lets face it timesare tough for BDM they have a warehouse full of bikes that are not selling. Money is tight and if they can deny a warranty claim in hopes that the customer doesnt go get a lawyer, they will do it in a second. My question is will they be around in 5 years? Other bike builders are dropping like flies.

Times are tough but BDM has staying power...BDM's founder has an enormous amount of business experience and financial resources. They need to diversify w/a few easier to ride bikes for the masses to round out the BDM selection and it looks like they are moving in that direction w/the Wolf, Mutt and Pitbull.:flag:

Glad to hear you're happy with the results. I have had a good experience with BDM.

When I bought my '03 Chopper used, it had no owner's manual. BDM shipped me that free for the asking. I did order the Service Manual that I paid for. I think Vickie got me that one.

So far, I'm happy with them. Harley-Davidson gives me crap every time I deal with them. They have this primadona attitude and act like all their customers are stupid about bikes.

Great news Lambo!!!

It's nice to see companies in this day and age remember "customer service" and step up to the plate when needed. Statisfied customers equal more sales then any advertisement you can buy!!!

Amen to that. I am saving for another one for the wife and I just don't like any other mfg than BDM for now. I looked at all of them from Bourgets to the Saxons and BDM's styling is original with copycats popping up all of the time.
