Want to see a Big Dog prototype?

Energy One
Took a drive to see some new Big Dogs. I went to Cycle City in Sloatsberg NY. It was like taking me back in time when I bought my 2 new dogs, one in 2003 and the other in 2008. They have a Coyote, Wolf, Pit Bull,4 Mutts, and 5Bulldog baggers! But this one chopper was pretty sick, and at first I walk by it not even realizing it was a Big Dog. I thought at first it was some other custom. Anyway I wanted to share this with the gang.

I wondered what happened to that machine!

What are they asking for it?

prototype

It was listed as a 2006, no price tag on it! I was there on a Saturday, and my wife and I were the only people there. The individual there was not very interested in conversing. Could have had a sale on something, You never know,I drove over 100 miles to see the bikes.

Cool bike, not as cool as my old K-9 but a cool bike. Do that engine fit right in where the 117" (not a true 117" though) used to be or are we looking at frame mods?

It always amazes me that sales people do not seem like they want to sell their product. It is like they are doing you a favor by just being there and can not acknowledge a customer. Too bad you drove so far, but at least you saw some Dogs

Pretty cool, but I'm glad for the things that make the K9 different...can't stand that seat or the exposed tail turn signal wires for instance

I seen that bike at the BD Factory in 2011 in the back along with other protos. Looks like it was sold or traded in a deal as BD went under....
