You can swap out the handlebar bushings. If you can find or make some, I stuck a pair of Vibratron handlebar dampeners in my Pit. Made a world of difference but I dont think they in biz anymore. They are just a chunk of metal held by a bolt and rubber plug. Suspends the metal and it reduces vibration. JerseyBigMike swore by the Copperfit gloves. Good luck.
Ps, make sure you dont have stick on wheel weights. Dyna beads will smooth out ur ride.

Like Hman said, HDM has a res handle bar bushing, that will help a bit. I also found a piece of pipe, about the same size as my handle bars, and used it as a mold to pour about a 2 1/2'' lead slug. Then glued it in the end of the handle bars with silicone. That really helped.

All the above, are really great solutions. But if your bottom end wheels are out of true. None of the above well help. I had an old "ShowPan" (shovel top end, on a Pan bottom end) that would rattle your teeth out, until I had her bottom end wheels trued along with lots of other work. Problem solved, hope that is NOT your problem, a lot more expensive than the other cures mentioned. Best of luck...
