It could be a variety of things, try the top motor mount, handle bar bushings, try to isolate where its coming from

Yeah. Need more details here. Only when moving it shakes? What about in neutral?

If it shakes in neutral as well check your motor mount bolts. Could be loose.

If it is only when moving you may have a balance problem with one of your tires. If you dont have them, put some balancing beads in it (called Dyna Beads). Kaptin has these. You can bring her over to my house and we can put them in. I have a valve stem remover.

Change rear tire, did not time the belt to tooth to go back on the same wear pattern and now a buzz? Oh you didn't change the tire? You're having pizza for dinner tonight. How close am I guessing? No way, you have fragrant toilet paper? You're change oil light is coming on in the next two weeks. Yep, you know what you did and now calls the multi franchise car dealer and first thing out of the mouth... 'is my car ready?' Oh yeah, your car... hold on I'll see if it's ready, Mr. ????

Go run the buzz up to said assting, pull the clutch in and did the vibe go away? Run up higher than the buzz, pull clutch in and see if the buzz comes back to that vibe mph. And now you know...
