To the owners of Vance N Hines Big Radius 2 into 2 exhausts out there. I have an 08 K-9 EFI. Really, interested in putting the Big Radius 2 into 2 exhaust on my bike. Does adding this exhaust system put any flat spots through certain RPM's? I am new to V-twin motors and not sure if adding an aftermarket exhaust causes this or not on this type of motor. When we added aftermarket exhaust systems on our Sportbikes we would get flat spots. On my Ninja I had a couple of bad flat spots on 2,000 and 4,000 RPM's.

Also, I've done some pricing for this exhaust. Found one place selling for $585.00 total out the door. Which seems like a pretty good deal. Only searched a handful of places though. Anybody found any better deals on this exhaust out there? Also if anyone has a used one they would like to sale let me know.

My Mutt came with the v&h br pipes already on it so I cannot compare it to stock pipes but I assure you I have no hesitation or loss of power at any rpm. Looks awesome and runs great. Love the sound too. $585. seems like a good deal. I heard of them selling in the $700.'s.

i have an 08 k9 efi....big radius...runs like a top, no lag AT ALL, pulls like a raped ape. take the baffles out and cut of about 2/3 of the baffle and put it back in, makes it a little louder and seems to pull just a bit better. Also buy the K&N filter and remove the front cover on your air cleaner, it allows more air and makes a big difference. No need to remap or anything, the computer will take care of that on its own after bout 100 miles or so

have fun :D

Just happen to have a set hanging on my wall. They weigh a ton so I'm not sure how much shipping would be at this point. The bottom pipe of course like all has touched the ground a couple of times but you don't notice it mounted on the bike. If you're interested I'll send you some pics.

Will post in a minute in the "show your pipes" thread. Was waiting for a good day with a good background but don't think we'll see that for a few months.

Couldn't find the thread so here they are. Pics don't do them justice though. If someone tells me how to post video, I'll crank em up

His bike is EFI so he needs the pipes with the "sensors". I know they can be welded in but that would ruin the chrome.

Seat as for you Ghetoblasters. I hope you have better success with them than I did. Ask Knotso or any of the other NW guys here and they will remember how bad those things popped on my bike. I couldn't tune it out at all. I even called Mart Bros for advice to no success.

Well that's kinda why I was holding onto the BR's just in case. She did pop alot when I drove her home. Guess I'll hold on to them then, thanks.

Dave, thanks for the thread, gonna try and post some sound
