the chrome heat shields are held onto the pipe with a hose clamp thing,,how tight should i tighten these screws without breakin the clamp on them?? chasing a fn squeek and found these screws all loose:bang:

no real # for the torque, and unfortunately it is a hairline between tight enough and too tight. once you go past the line (break a thread) you might as well replace that clamp. don't ask me how i know :bang:
