Anyone running this pipe do any mod to the baffel. Since it has solid plates in both ends, DYNO guy says he need to drill a hole to put the sensor in for the dyno. Any commet on how big the hole should be since we have the baffel out.

Just big enough for the sensor or a little bigger for more reduced back pressure.

Well he can drill a 5/8 hole in the each end of the baffle and stick his 1/2 copper tube thru that to get his o2 reading.

or the better option is

to get a set of bungs welded into the back side of the pipe. I'm surprised your BR don't already have them.

:iagree: Cleanest & best way to measure...Some of the newer instruments will only measure this way...my .02

Yea, probably the best solution. Not sure if worth the pain (taking the pipes back off) or cost for a single dyno run!
