V&H 2 INTO 1 INSTALL ?

Just installed my V&H 2 into 1 exhaust on my 07 Bulldog? wow what a difference in power. Is it me or does the seat of my pants fell a big difference than my 2 by 2 V&H? Also, I ran into an issue with my passenger peg hitting the should. Is this a problem that anyone else has experienced and does anyone have a quick fix? I am running the tribal passenger pegs. Any feedback or suggestions would be great...

Glad you like them. I'm a die-hard 2 into 1 pipe fan.

For the rear peg visit your dealer or our sponsor here and get the offset mount.

as ray said they have offset mounts . they bolt to your mount like the peg and the peg goes on it . makes the peg a little higher.
I have them on my dog

I had the same problem. Took the peg and mount to a local machine shop and had new holes drilled. Raised the peg just enough and only cost a few bucks.
I'd be curious to know your HP gains? Any plans to dyno her?

thanks for the replies...I do not plan on the dyno but I can sure feel the difference..as for modifing the baffles...could someone tell me how and what gains if any I will gain other than sound?

How do you like the sound of the 2 into 1 compared to the 2 into 2? I have an 06 pitbull and would like to get this pipe...but they do NOT make it for my model! WTF!

Not sure yet. Rode with a full face helmet and in sounds much deeper. It sounds good when you get on the trottle and sounds nice when crusing. I am thinking about modifing the baffle once I get the how to.

I'VE GOT THAT PIPE and mod the baffle.very happy with modifying the baffle.more hp and the sound is good.there's a thread on here how to mod the baffle.do the search.:2thumbs::2thumbs:

Installed the 2-1 last year and couldn't be happier. I had a set of Bassani Pro-Streets on the bike for 4yrs. In comparison, these sneak-up on you. Where the Pro-Street's gave me audio-able feedback on the twist of the throttle, these leave the sound behind while you're just hanging on for life. I used cotton in my ears and got annoying looks from bystanders....not that it was fun at times....but the V&H 2-1 has a pleasing sound and seems to say "I'm not just a pretty face"

As for the passenger peg....V&H included a spacer that raises the peg about 2". The other thing I like about the system is the guts of it are pure exhaust, solid one piece shrouded with a chrome heat shield for style and appearance.

I know their are getting popular and I'm seeing more of them making it less unique, but I guess for good reason.

I just did a search and couldn`t come up with the baffle mod, so whats the trick to get there??
