Okay I've looked around for about 15 min. and can't find " how to attach URL'S, little help!

In the "Quick Reply" box ... use the button that looks like the "world with a chain link" under that. When you press it, it opens a new window and you insert the link. Hit ok and that will include your link.

Note that posting URLs is a different issue than posting Pictures.
