Update on trial from Panama City florida.

For all those following and interested here is a official update. Cristo is supposed to plead guilty to all counts against him on Thursday, from his wreck this past april that resulted in the death of our friend and police chief Joe Landers. The sentencing will follow after the plea so I have a flight and will be in PCB to address this court and face this scum bag and his wealthy family. I will do all in my power to get the judge to place the maximum penalty on this trash.

Ill be in the area of Pcb and Ft Walton Beach from Wend to Sun so hopefully will get to have some R n R and see some old friends , drink a cold beer and eat some good sea food. Rudawg and Ringo get to watching for me in my rented Prius.

Thanks Dave for the update. I've followed this from the start and can only hope his family hasn't got to the justice system. I'm a real believer in "Karma" so i hope all the harm and hurt this :angry:scumbag:angry: caused comes around to "Give him some years of "BITCH" time in jail. Please let us know as soon as the court hands down the verdict.

I honestly am not a big praying person, Dave, but I want you to know that I am praying for Him to give you the words to express to the courts exactly what you want them to know and what they need to know. I hope that they throw the book at him. My thoughts are with you!

Court was today, looked that scum in the eye and he saw the devil and he didn't like it. Juage gave him 12 years with 10 served before parole. Then a additional5 years probation on the manslaughter charge. So if he fuks up Hell have to go to maximum of 30 years. Drivers license revoked for life. Anyway I feel a little bit of justice was served today.
