I do know what you mean, TX, but it's no small investment - I was told that the after-warranty work they do measures in the millions - now THAT's commitment to your product - and to your customer base! :up:

You said they replaced the stator?

I love to hear this stuff. I don't know a single company that stands behind thier shit like BDM does... its awesome!!!

Excellent! Glad to know you're back on the road...did the fire mess up the paint or anything?
the paint is good, but the aluminum down by the VR and the underside is a bit discolored. I did try to put some polish on it and it helped. I think with some buffing and cleaning it really won't be all that noticable.

Tampa BD took care of me at the big show and they gave first rate service also.

I have no problem standing by a company that stands by it's customers (namely me!) and then hopefully takes care of other issues associated with my motorcycle.

Thats damn American if say so myself:flag:
