Ultra Ground Pounder 330

Hey I know we all love our Dogs here but I am looking for a little info from some trusted friends! I have an opportunity to obtain a brand new 2008 Ultra Ground Pounder 330 from a dealer, for an obscene disgustingly low price. With all of that said I can't seem to find much good info or intel on them. I know they had financial issues and were supposedly bought by someone.
It has an S&S 96 incher in it. I would appreciate if any of you have any good knowledge of these bikes. Has anybody had one? Thank!

As far as I know they are just another cookie cutter chopper assembled from the Drag catalog. I'd check the electrical system, as long as there isn't anything weird or proprietary goin on there, pretty much any mechanic can work on them and parts should be easy to find.
