Ultra was bought out back in May of this year?? WTF maybe the new co. didnt need all that stuff???? TICKER=NDVR
FYI. This is the third time for this company I think. I guess having Michelle sponsor them on TV didn't work either.
Also, Cobra from the other site has had a sh*t load of problems with his from loose motor and tranny mounts to bad battery and starter problems.
Bet he is wishing for his BD back now.
I do feel bad for Ultra though as they tried so many times but it's always about the bottom line when you are publicly owned.

They are not going under. One of the main guys has left. They used to make all parts inhouse. They now will buy parts and assemble them. Thats why they arwe selling alot of what they have because they no longer need it. They already have a new shop set up to keep building bikes. This info is from another bike shop, just passing it along.
