Ultima 6 speed

Has anyone ever put a "drop in" Ultima 6 speed in a 5 speed case? Difficult? I do wrench on bikes so my thoughts are that it should not be too bad, maybe 6 hr job. The bike is a 2003 HD Electra Glide. Thoughts?
