Anyone know of this issue and how to fix? Right turn signal blinks at the lights but not on the speedo indicator.

Could be a number of things. Review the wiring diagram using the link provided below, assuming you have a non-fuel injected bike. Turn signals are the same anyways.
1. Burnt out indicator LED
2. Bad wire from EHC to indicator
3. Bad connector connection. (RH SIGNAL LED (BROWN/G)) Check harness in speedo head. Search forum for info.
4. Annunciator circuit board problem. Cracked PCB, Bad solder joint, etc..
5. EHC harness connection. Clean and install new dielectric grease at all connections. Search forum for info.
