Tribal Grips and Pegs?

I was wondering if anyone who has the Tribal grips and pegs would be able to give any feedback on them. I am thinking of switching to them and I was wondering about hand and foot slippage and also about how hard it is to keep them looking good. I didnt know if you had to continually polish the pegs from boot wear? Any feedback is greatly appreciated. My last question is the BDM set is about 420 and the XPORODOX set is about 520. Is there a big difference between the two sets? They look exactly the same.

No slipping at all. Factory chrome does wear on the grips.

I have the same problem as Can-Dog 1, the chrome on the Grips wears off, gonna send them to browns to have them re chromed. Love them though.

Is it peeling after like 6 months or peeling after 2 years of use? I figured it would peel on the pegs before the grips. I guess all the moisture?

Not peeling, it just wears off. I'm sending mine out at the end of the month for a triple dip! That sounded kinda dirty "Triple Dip" Gotta talk to the wife about this

only my right grip is wearing the chrome off. I really like them, other than that.

The same crome wear, but I put the sleaves over mine love em. Look um up they are on the form.

I really love mine. I had a major vibration due to bent main shaft in tranny and still had no problem with them. Had to shift foot in once in a while.

Four months and chrome is peeling away. POS job.

I find that my foot slips on them a little every once in a while, but nothing to be concerned about. Think I'm going with the xoprodox tribal grips because they are rubber ribbed to prevent your hand from slipping.
