Yes. 75 acts as the toilet seat so your butt crack does not touch the shit down lower. Or, kind of like using underwear. Nothing is raw up against the bearing's inner race. That, and is a distance maker so nothing is close to the rollers to get in the way of the spin to stop it.
Yes. 34 might act as the squeeze sealer so no oil seeps past the ID (inner diameter) and flows out the shaft that way.
8 has enough work to do on the OD (outer diameter) sealing. That sort of covers both inner/outer are the oring and seal... so if you eliminate it, a drip pan is in your future, cases of oil to top it off, cloth towels to wipe the pepper off the paint.

I dont have 75 and 34 is that something I should put in

The service manual says 75 is a shim and use as needed. 34 is a clutch to transmission O-ring
I'm not familiar but given this information I would try to figure out if I actually needed the shim but for sure I would install the O-ring.
