Hey, Marc....There are many great Forum threads on this topic. A search will help you.
Transmission drips usually are from a failed seal, either on the right (output), or left side of the bike (input shaft seal). Transmission oil is usually pinkish in color. A bad transmission output seal will make a mess under your belt guard, too. Is your transmission fluid low? If not, maybe it's something else.
Sometimes our K9's will leak some oil from a starter motor..it is mounted high and to the rear of the inside primary. It will also drip primary oil in front of the kickstand. It has a peculiar smell and is usually very black.
First thing to do is to clean it, and then ride it to full operating temperature and then search to determine the origin of the leak. Don't ride at high speed, as hot oil tends to get vaporized and sprayed all over from the wind.
These clues (location and type of oil) will help you get started in figuring out your problem. Let us know what you find.

Hi Skogdog,

Thanks very much for your indications, I'll have a look at the starter also, oil that leaks is yellow like the motor oil but the transmission oil in the gearbox is yellow not pinkish, level is a bit lower but not too low, but as you say it is a bit a mess under the belt guard and behind the transmission, I think I have to change all the seals my opinion is that it is coming out as you say from the left output, will check all you say, thanks

Any website links where i can order the seals ?
