No biggie pull your primary cover take the 4 bolts in the diaphram spring out and you will find a loose nut it has reverse threads. Clean it with break clean and retorque to 100 ft pds with red loctite reassemble. refill primary fluid and for sure check trans fluid!

After inspecting the clutch assy. at the dealer, I was told the nut had loosened & the above task was completed. Took the bike for another test ride & 4th gear still slips! All the other gears are fine. Owner of the dealership is contacting BDM to see what gives. We'll see.

Mine did the same pulled the trans apart and the 4/6 shift fork was bad:bang:

Sorry, for the delayed response...I have been riding around skipping 4th gear until the dealer had time to work on my dog.
Dropped the bike off on Tuesday & picked it up Saturday. Bike runs great & I don't think I can make it slip! Dealer installed a shim behind the clutch basket & solved all my problems.
