I have an 08 Mutt. How many teeth on the trans sprocket and on the rear wheel sprocket? Do all the models use the same trans and rear wheel sprocket?

did find that the trans sprocket is a 34 tooth. Not sure about the rear wheel sprocket.

Not sure but belive its either 65 or 70 on the rear I believe there have been different due to model. I tried to find some parts to underdirve my 05 Pit but had no luck. Nothing standard would fit the dawg and was going to have to have some thing custom made. Front sprocket has a different offset I belive than other makes. Also tried to get a 1 tooth lower engine sprocket. Talked to Baker but they said it would alos require a special made sprocket and chain. Newer models ahve a compensator sprocket on the engine and that would could open some possiblities due to several different size compensator sprockets available. Would also have to have the primary cover for the compensator style spockets. Couple of folks on here have converted to chain drive maybe they will post up. If this is what you're tryin to do.

I will have to give baker a call. I am wanting to change the gearing the easiest way possible. My front trans pulley is a 34 tooth. I am wondering if I can go to a 33 or 32, and raise the ratio so I can use 6th gear without lugging the motor and without riding 90 mph cruising. I have read somewhere on here that some models used to have a 32 tooth pulley. I don't want to mess with the primary and clutch, considering a belt primary down the road. My bike is an 08.
