Trans drain plug

Eric and i where talking little bit ago...i pulled the plug and its npt thread...1/8 npt....bakers website is wrong on the part number.....Eric will fix you up on the plug if you still need it

I think you were texting Donna, she mentioned it to me and I pulled a drain plug for you. I just looked, it's still sitting on the counter, if you didn't find one yet. I don't have them up on our website as I am waiting to receive more in stock.

I got one. I took the old one off , but it didn’t want to go back in . Almost like the threads were wrong. I got another one and same thing. Seems very tight. But no leaks so far. Idk. It’s weird. I took the new and old one out a few times to make sure I was putting it in right. The new one is the same thing , only it has a magnet. The old one didn’t have a magnet

What’s the size ? Npt 1/8 ? OK then I did get the right one if that’s the case. My local Harley dealer had one lying around and it has a magnet on the end unlike the original.

What thread is the plug? 3/8-24 or 1/8nps?

It is tapered thread and not straight? Mine turned in and never really got tight.
