in your case i think any standard tranny will work. 05' and up has a proprietary mounting bolt pattern. I personally wouldnt trust ultima, they are cheaper for a reason.

I have an Ultima Tranny in my 03 chopper, and there is a sandwich bearing that I just blew apart in the tranny...They seem kinda cheap in my eyes from when it was apart.....

Yeah im kina 50/50 on the ultima thing hear a lotta bad and so i dont think they are much diffierent than anyone else,was gonna rebuild it but to much housing damage.

On another note does any one no how i can correct my tire wear problem my bike is left heavy ,was wondering if there is a way to fix it.

ive been lookin for an answer to this question forever.. i saw one guy at a show that made a ballast. he said it worked.. looked like shit.

I rate the Prowler a little better.... smooth shifting...I think they build them here in Downey CA.

my second choice would be the Ultima
my third choice would be a Roadmax

I ran the Prowler in my Pitbull for 12K miles no issues.
