Was at my dealer today to pick up an 06 service manual for the K-9 and the guys at the service counter told me it is getting very tough to deal with BDM - slow delivery on items, don't return calls, some items are not available or they won't send them - stuff like that. They were pretty bumbed out. It was sad to hear it. I hope they recover - its a great product. After riding my K-9 around, based on comfort only it would be hard to go back to the Fatboy.
