I'm trying to figure out the torque spec for the primary screws

Here is the torque sequence, Mike. Many guys like to clean the O-ring gasket and use a little red gasket sealer (thin layer) around it to make sure the primary doesn't seep.
And another thing---unless you happen to have one of the billet primary inspection plates, it is folly to torque it to the specs cited because they tend to snap off a corner from time to time. I torque mine to 50, then 75-80 inch pounds and still manage to break off a tab every 30,000 miles or so. My next one will be the billet plates Donna and Derek sell.
