Torque spec?

Anyone know or have a rough idea what the torque spec should be on my jack shaft bolt? I have a 2001 pitbull just put a new 2.0kw starter but can't find the torque spec for this bolt... Thanks!

I believe that is a 1/4-20 bolt
90-120inlbs with blue loc tite

Thanks so much!! Yes, I think it's 1/4-20. Never thought the bolt could handle that much.. and haven't tried any loctite. I'll give it a go. Thanks again!
