thanks guys!!

seven hours was just in the tooling. prolly 12 hours total in it so far and will end up some where around 18 hours total. lambo told me what he wanted and i kept sending him artwork till he was happy with the design. here is the artwork. i ended up adding a few more flames to fill in around the top of the seat.

Absolutely brilliant work Bezza. I know most tooled seats are kinda hard. Are these the same way?

well... many of the seats i do only have 1/2" to 1" of padding so, they need to be stiffer.

a stock seat recovered will be a bit stiffer when new but, quickly breaks in and will be about as soft as the stock cover. this leather is around 1/8" thick. that is at least twice the thickness of the stock cover.
thanks for the compliment!

Not to go OT - but I'm stockpiling stuff up... Nelson has tribal forwards on order for me, I'm going with wimmer spike intake, just got my blank side covers and they are being airbrushed, just a ton of other stuff...

Should have everything wrapped up in about 3 weeks - right before bike week and I'll post some pix..
Hell yeah.. Dave has the same thing... a stockpile of goodies to put on the bike here real soon. Super exciting for sure!!!

The seat of coarse raw looks great!! I bet Lambo is super freaked!

Roger your amazing - I know everyobody keeps saying it.

If anyone wants a seat, he's your guy. Just give him an idea of what you want and let him run with it. A couple of horus later, he has the artwork ready. He's just a good guy to do business with.

I keep telling him to give up his day job..

I agree. I highly recommend having Roger install the polymer insert, or gel pak. I am amazed at how the insert eliminates vibration from the seat on my K-9. And, the seat looks badass, too.

Beeza, are you saying the leather is just as comfortable as the factory seats, even on long trips?

once you break it in some the leather becomes very supple. the more you use it the better it gets.

maybe some of you riding on my work could answer you on this also

Just like any leather once its broke in its gold. IMO the stiffer leather is a much better ride and I also have the dry polymer as well. You may slide a bit at first but once you break in a sweet spot there awesome. I also believe the more tooling you have done the faster this process will be. By far this is the most comfortable seat I have had so far. Thanks again for mine Beeza.... Oh if you want my opinion the factory seats suck ass compared to this quality.

Roger - that's awesome buddy ! I'm taking her right to Eddie T to show her off and give him your stats...

PS - That's an extra hard seat to do, I think, because it's the low profile "butt crack seat"...

Rog - got another one headed your way.. check your email.
