Great pictures ,,,, last time I was up there it was cold and raining and we were in the
F-250 cause we took the road from Cades cove through the mountains that comes out on the dragon. There was snow up on the highway that day. Not a day for the scooter. The dragon is about 3 and a half hours from here, this year for sure.

Hey Bowhunter,, how far are you from the Dragon? We go to Cades Cove a lot like one day trips from here about 3 hours one way. Right now is a great time to see the black bears. We don't like the weekends too many tourist.

After "Slaying the Dragon" we stopped at Deals Gap to stretch our legs.


This is the dam below Deals Gap cranking out hydro-electric power with water overflowing the dam.

A shot of my bike high on the Skyway. We had a lot of people pull over to take pictures of our bikes and one guy asked if he could sit on mine for a picture. One thing for sure, the Big Dogs do get a lot of attention!


One last look before heading off the mountain.

The weather was great, started the ride at 36 degrees and got home with 71 degrees. If you have never seen this area before, you owe it to yourself to get over here and take in the country!

Thanks Raywood, just sharing the beauty of Tn. with those that have not seen it for themselves.
Ray, I can be at the "Dragon" in around an hour, haven't really timed myself.

This is unconstitutional as defined by the fact that this is cruel and unusual punishment. COLOR, LIVING COLOR. I'm eatin my heart out bro. Great pics.:2thumbs:
