Postman and I rode the "Dragon" and the "Cherohala Skyway" today and the hills of Tennessee are blazing with color once again.
Here is a field of Canola in its full glory of yellow flowers.
After "Slaying the Dragon" we stopped at Deals Gap to stretch our legs.
This is the dam below Deals Gap cranking out hydro-electric power with water overflowing the dam.

A shot of my bike high on the Skyway. We had a lot of people pull over to take pictures of our bikes and one guy asked if he could sit on mine for a picture. One thing for sure, the Big Dogs do get a lot of attention!
One last look before heading off the mountain.
The weather was great, started the ride at 36 degrees and got home with 71 degrees. If you have never seen this area before, you owe it to yourself to get over here and take in the country!
